Donna Fowler, IACP
BA (Hons) Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy
Donna is a Pre‑Accredited Member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP). Donna’s approach is evidence‑based, trauma‑informed, and integrative, shaped by a deep respect for each person’s story and the belief that meaningful change becomes possible when we genuinely understand ourselves - the what, way, and the why behind how we think, feel, and respond.
Donna's Story
Donna believes therapy should feel safe, steady, and human - a space where you don’t have to perform, hold everything together, or explain yourself perfectly. A space where you can slow down, breathe, and explore what’s happening within you at a pace that feels manageable to you.
Donna’s work is grounded in the understanding that our nervous systems, relationships, histories, and environments all shape how we move through the world. I support clients in making sense of their internal experiences, recognising patterns, and developing a kinder, more compassionate relationship with themselves.
Depending on your needs, she may draw from a range of approaches - including Person‑Centred Therapy, Psychodynamic understanding, CBT, Choice Theory, Mindfulness, Creative Therapy, and Shadow‑Self inner- critic work. Each approach offers unique ways of exploring and supporting change.
Donna works with adults, couples, and adolescents aged 13–17, offering a calm, collaborative space where you can reconnect with yourself and move toward meaningful change.
